75 places available across three tariffs (50 + 5 + 20), allocated first-come, first-served within each category. Maximum 2 participants per country under Tarif 1.

Bucharest is served by Henri Coandă International Airport (OTP). Transfer to the venue takes approximately 30–45 minutes by taxi or shuttle.
The course is conducted entirely in English. No translation is provided.
Fee includes educational sessions, 3 LLL Courses, certificate of attendance (EACCME), accommodation in double rooms (cat. 1&2) and catering services during the course (lunch/coffee breaks cat. 3).
Stay in single rooms is for extra cost — please contact the hotel directly if you need a single room or wish to stay extra nights. Travel expenses are not covered by ESPEN nor ROSPEN.
Everyone completes the same registration form and uploads a CV. Tarif 1 applicants (ESPEN member / National Society block-member seats) also upload proof of 2026 ESPEN membership and a recommendation letter from their national society.
Tarif 1 is limited to 2–3 delegates from each block-member country.
Please provide accurate invoice data (legal name, billing address, VAT/tax ID if applicable) when registering.
After completing your registration, you will receive an automatic email confirming it was successful — please save this email, as it includes your login details.
Tarif 2 registrants can pay the registration fee online immediately via their user account.
Tarif 1 and Tarif 3 registrations are reviewed by the organizers first (documents for Tarif 1, name confirmation for Tarif 3); the payment link appears in your account only once you receive our approval email. Once payment is made, your invoice will be automatically generated and uploaded to your user account within a few days.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email) to alexandru@logosconsult.eu no later than October 1, 2026. Verbal cancellation requests will not be accepted.
For cancellation requests made after October 2, 2026, 70% of the paid amount will be refunded.
